2018

I know, I know. We’re halfway through 2019 (already?!). The reason this blog has had such a hiatus is because 2018 was a whirlwind from handing in my Master’s thesis to the final #birdventurenz to Fiordland, and I’m still playing catch-up. All of my time has been dedicated to finishing the book, starting my PhD, and working on various other projects. But here we go – it’s the beginning of regular blogs once more.

The #Birdventures are coming. They won’t be chronological, but they will be well illustrated! I’ll also give you current updates on life as a PhD researcher working on shearwaters in the Hauraki Gulf, and what I learn along the way. I’m very excited to get back into the rhythm of writing and telling stories again. I’m going to aim for my traditional Sunday posts – so keep an eye out.

So here’s a few images to whet your appetite for what’s to come!

See you soon.
